I, MANUEL R. SALTA, hereby declare, on oath, that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the Federated States of Antarctica against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the Federated States when required by laws; that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the FSA, that I will be faithfully observe the laws of Antarctica and fulfill my duties as an Antarctic overseas citizen. I affirm that I take this obligation freely without any purpose of evasion."
